Is a deposit required?

Yes, we request a 20% deposit if you are booking online. If this is an issue, please reach out via email and we can manually book you.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. We ask that you give us notice though. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the deposit.

What if the weather is bad or we are coming via cruise ship and the itinerary changes?

When booking we try and accommodate you with the best weather day. If the weather looks better on another day we will reach out and see if you have availability. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. If your cruise ship does not make port, you will also receive a full refund. Please make sure that if there are changes to your schedule you reach out as soon as possible.

What snacks and drinks do you provide?

We provide sodas, water, local beer, local rum, local vodka, a cooler full of ice and chips.

Can we bring our own food and drinks on the boat?

Yes, if the above does not satisfy you can bring whatever you would like on board. With enough notice we are happy to shop for you and have your items waiting at the boat for your arrival. We can also recommend some local places that offer catering.

Where do we meet the boat?

The boat leaves from Camana Bay which is a short taxi ride from most hotels. If you ask the taxi driver to take you to Agua Restaurant, Cayman Vibes our beautiful boat should be down the stairs on the dock.

Are there life jackets on the boat?

Yes, we have plenty of lifejackets for everyone and they range in size from infant to adult.

What do we need to bring?

Green Flash Charters provide you almost everything you need. We provide towels, snorkeling gear, and food for the stingrays. If you have your own snorkeling gear and sun protection, feel free to bring those items. Beyond that the fewer things the better, this will give you more space to enjoy the boat.

Can we play our own music?

Yes, we have a Bluetooth stereo system that you can connect your phone to and play your own music.

Is gratuity included in the trip cost?

No. We are in the service industry and tips are greatly appreciated by the crew. Standard gratuity is ~20% but you are free to leave whatever amount you feel comfortable with.
